Job DescriptionRespond to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and provide assistanceRedirect HR related calls or distribute correspondence to the appropriate person of the teamMaintain records of personnel-related data (payroll, personal information, leaves, turnover rates etc.) in both paper and the database and ensure all employment requirements are metLiaise with other departments or functions (payroll, benefits etc.)Support the recruitment/hiring process by sourcing candidates, performing background checks, assisting in shortlisting, issuing employment contracts etc within the GCC and Egypt.Assist supervisors in performance management proceduresSchedule meetings, interviews, HR events etc. and maintain the teams agenda within the GCC and Egypt.Coordinate training sessions and seminarsPerform orientations, onboarding and update records with new hires within the GCC and Egypt.Produce and submit reports on general HR activityAssist in ad-hoc HR projects, like collection of employee feedbackSupport other functions as assigned within the GCC and Egypt.Assist in OD activities ( JDs, Processes, Policies, org charts, Etc )Job Requirements3 Years of experience.Recruitment Activities in GCC & Egypt is a mustCompensation and benefits Background.Retail , Wholesales and Industrial Background.very good command in English.Strong interviewing skills.Reporting and analysis skills.Excellent communication skills.Excellent user of MS office programs and recruitment platforms.Apply Now
