• Target:

1 Periodic visits to the region’s branches at a rate of at least 4 visits per branch per month

2 Daily follow-up of branch revenues and ensuring that all branches achieve the required target

3 Conduct analytical studies for branches that do not achieve the target and develop plans to develop the work and present them to senior management

4 Ensure that all branch managers achieve the target and evaluate the branch’s performance rates

5 Send a weekly report on achieving the target for all branches to the operations manager

6 Develop an annual expansion plan (new branches, new services) for his region and

discuss it with his manager to present it at the first meeting of the year

7 Follow-up on the implementation of the items of the procedure for opening a new branch according to what is agreed upon with all concerned departments

• Administrative aspect:

1 Follow-up on the implementation of the operation plan set within the region’s branches, and submit a monthly report to the operations and operations manager explaining the branch’s performance.

2 Follow-up on the implementation of internal policies, regulations and procedures organizing work within the region’s branches, And submitting continuous development suggestions to the Operations and Operations Manager.

.3 Reviewing reports (daily/monthly) submitted by branch managers on a regular basis regarding the progress of work, and analyzing the data and problems contained therein. And submitting a detailed monthly report on the performance of each branch in the region to the Operations and Operations Manager.
.4 Ensure the availability of all capabilities in terms of (human resources, equipment and raw materials) that allow him to work with the quality and level of performance required according to the volume of work within each branch. And submit a report to the Operations and Operations Manager in the event of any shortcomings in these capabilities.

5 Ensure that branch managers resolve customer complaints and handle them in the best possible manner that suits them and intervene if necessary to take the necessary action.

6 In the event of urgent and emergency problems, an urgent and emergency report is submitted to the Operations and Operations Manager, explaining their nature and proposing a solution.

7 Supervise the performance evaluation of employees on a monthly basis at the level of all technical and administrative positions. And submit an urgent report if any matter arises that would disrupt the smooth running of work.

8 Conduct monthly evaluations of the performance of branch managers in the region, and submit a report on them to the Operations and Operations Manager and the Human Resources Department, explaining the development vision and making a plan for those whose performance needs to be improved. Development.

9. Follow up on the implementation of the region manager’s checklist and submit a report to the operations and operation manager

on the shortcomings in the branches.

10. Permanent coordination with other region managers to ensure consistency in the implementation of everything related to operations and operation management policies.

• Technical and training aspect:

1. Follow up on the branch manager’s implementation of the performance development program plan (training) within his branch,

and participate in its activities at least once a month. And submit a report on it in the detailed monthly report to the Operations and Operations Manager.

2. Ensure that branch managers perform periodic maintenance of medical devices and others, and conduct a full survey of malfunctions, and communicate with maintenance companies to take the necessary action if necessary and in the event of sudden malfunctions.

And include this in the monthly report submitted to the Operations and Operations Manager.

3. Attend all trainings related to their department to increase technical and administrative knowledge.

4. Attend all monthly and quarterly management meetings.

5. Ensure that branch managers conduct continuous review and training of employees and adhere to the manual for each department.

• Communication:

1. To represent the Operations and Operations Manager in selecting competent human elements suitable for the needs of the work in cooperation with human resources, and send an email with the final results to the Operations and Operations Manager.

2. Expedite the resolution of any Obstacles that may disrupt the workflow within any branch with the branch manager or any problems with other departments. Include this in the monthly report or submit an urgent timely report to the operations manager according to the degree of risk.

3. Communicate with all departments in the proper manner that ensures smooth work and mutual respect.

4. Communicate with all other departments (customer service, quality, etc.) to ensure customer satisfaction.

5. Cooperate with the marketing department and coordinate communication between doctors and marketing department officials to study and implement ideas and suggestions that would develop the work and increase the number of customers and branch income.

6. Carry out other related work tasks assigned to him, in a manner that meets the needs of the work and at the required level of performance.
