- Perform the related preventive and corrective maintenance tasks for the plant equipment in compliance with the company maintenance program.
- Coordinate scheduling of all routine maintenance works and ensure that all works is completed in a timely manner and support agreed on schedules.
- Diagnose the problems, lead troubleshooting process; replace or repair parts, test and make adjustment, when required.
- Following up the availability of required spare parts, tools and consumables.
- Lead and motivated the technician’s team to ensure smooth operation run with a safety standard, preparing daily check sheets for each machine and ensure all maintenance activities are completed before equipment operation.
- Identify, and use the latest techniques to analyze, and reduce equipment downtime along with identified repetitive electrical or control failures and interacting cross-functionally to develop process understanding to resolve issues or improve processes and to eventually contribute to a higher OEE.
- Provide accurate data for the failure rate by identifying the current capability by tracking key line/equipment stoppages.
- Periodically report metrics and data for the maintenance works and performance.
- Coordinate preventive maintenance schedule with the operations head and planning manager.
- Report periodically the issues of the machines and the overall efficiency of the equipment to the Operations head and management to take corrective actions.
- Lead on the root cause analysis of machine issues.
- Identify all mechanical issues and monitor mechanical parts of every machine.
- Responsible for new machines installation and levelling as per manufacturer requirements
BSc in Mechanical production/ Mechatronics engineering.3-5 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing setting Ability to deal with mechanical parts and mechanical drawings.Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues and do all necessary mechanical work.Ability to work independently, in a team, and under tight schedules.Fluency in English is a must
