We are seeking to find a talented new success partner to join our team to handle Production processz:
- Oversee and manage the production process for preserved vegetables and pickles, ensuring efficient operation and adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Develop and implement production plans and schedules to meet market demand, while optimizing processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the quality control team to ensure products meet company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Train, supervise, and motivate production staff to adhere to best practices and company protocols.
- Maintain detailed production reports, including performance metrics, inventory levels, and equipment maintenance records.
- Implement and monitor health, safety, and environmental policies in the production area.
● Bachelor of Agriculture - Specialization in Food Processing is preferred - or a related field.● Proven experience (3-7) years in food manufacturing especially in preserved veegtables & pickles field in exporting companies.● Good understanding of the application of health and safety science to the food industry.● Ability to adhere to hygiene and sterilization rules.● Paying attention to small details and following manufacturing procedures.● In-depth understanding of technical documentation● Great attention to detail and problem-solving abilities● Proficiency in oral and written communication skills.● The ability to lead a work team and organize time and tasks.● Residents of 10th of Ramadan / Belbis are preferred.
