Main Responsibilities and Tasks
· Policy Development and Implementation:
- Develop and implement ATS teacher policies related to teacher support in coordination with the Chief Program Development Officer.
· Coordination:
- Manage tasks between the school support and teacher support teams.
- Oversee the teacher recruitment process.
- Organize school and classroom visits and collect evaluation data.
- Coordinate all common tasks between the school and teacher support teams.
- Implementing any other tasks required by Schools Support Director and Chief Program Development Officer.
- Organize school and classroom visits within schools and inform those responsible for that.
· Curriculum and Instructional Support:
- Assess and discuss curriculum standards with school staff.
- Communicate with the curriculum developing sector to get the educational material of schools.
- Maintain a complete record of the subjects taught within schools and the number of teaching hours for each.
- Upgrade the curricula folder and inform the teachers with any updates within schools.
- Communicate with the curriculum development sector to ensure educational materials are up-to-date.
- Maintain and update curriculum records and subject information.
· Teacher Support:
- Coach teachers and instructional staff on new content or programs.
- Keep records of teacher progress and coordinate teacher support reports.
- Coordinate teachers’ recruitment process .
- Collect the lesson plans and the presentation templates from school staff within schools.
- Maintain a regularly updated record of each school’s class schedule
- Collect the results of school visits and the classroom visits evaluations in order to coordinate the teacher support monthly progress report within schools and send it to the project managers.

· Quality Management System (QMS):
- Moderate the quality management system (QMS) of schools and working on any required edits.
- Train QMS users (Office – Schools).
- Support QMS users with any technical issues to provide them with the best UX.
- Make sure the QMS is fully updated with all its sectors (students-teachers-education-quality-observation…..).
Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline or relevance. A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in education Significant experience in transformational change and a strong understanding of relevant existing and emerging technologies, and experience with in-demand labor market skills. Essential Knowledge In-depth understanding of the TVET sector and labor market trends at national and international levels. Sound and up-to-date knowledge of development concepts, methodologies, and techniques including demonstrated understanding of TVET issues Understanding of teaching methodologies Deep understanding of supporting and coaching knowledge areas Essential Skills Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation Networking, influencing and interpersonal Fluency in written and spoken Arabic and English Proficiency in MS Office Ability Work on own initiative with minimum supervision and to stay on task. Work under pressure and tight deadlines Planning and forecasting.
