Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled IT Manager to manage and enhance our IT infrastructure and security systems. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in IT management with a strong focus on infrastructure and security, and preferably experience in the real estate industry. This role involves overseeing the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software, as well as implementing and monitoring security measures to protect our IT assets.

Key Responsibilities:

Infrastructure Management:

• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and storage solutions.
• Ensure the availability, performance, and reliability of IT systems.
• Manage and optimize cloud services and on-premises infrastructure.

Security Management:

• Develop and enforce IT security policies and procedures to protect against cyber threats and data breaches.
• Implement and monitor security solutions, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and antivirus software.
• Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments, and address any identified issues.

IT Operations:

• Manage IT projects related to infrastructure upgrades, system integrations, and security enhancements.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure the delivery of high-quality IT services and support.
• Provide technical support and training to staff on IT-related issues.

Compliance & Risk Management:

• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, data protection laws, and company policies.
• Manage disaster recovery and business continuity planning to minimize downtime and data loss.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with other departments to understand their IT needs and provide effective solutions.
• Collaborate with the executive team to align IT strategy with business goals.
