Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred
- 7+ years of extensive experience in learning and development, with a proven track record in strategic planning, instructional design, and leadership development
- Demonstrated experience in leading and mentoring teams, with a strong focus on leadership development
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to oversee complex, multi-faceted learning initiatives
- Advanced proficiency in learning management systems (LMS), e-learning platforms, and emerging learning technologies
- In-depth knowledge of adult learning theories, instructional design models, and learning evaluation methodologies
- Certification in training and development, coaching, or a related discipline
