· Assure facility and field health, safety, and environmental compliance.
· Responsible for updating and following the required actions at the hazard report register.
· Conduct HSE training and TBT according to the annual training plan.
· Follow up and action Tracking prioritize Risks and implement root cause analysis.
· Makes sure that sub-contractors are following the appropriate HSE instructions.
· Make sure that all employees are following PPE (Personal protective equipment) instructions.
· Report penalty policy for anyone who violates HSE instructions.
· Responsible for Carrying out Corrective Actions.
· Issues work permits for various tasks.
· Inspect any related equipment to any sub-contractor while entering the site.
· Assist in creating and maintaining Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) and Risk Assessments (RA).
· Reporting and documenting all work-related injuries and claims.
