Role Description

This is a contract role for one of our metal manufacturing clients, an Organizational Development Specialist based on-site in Qesm Gharb El Nobaria.

The Specialist will be responsible for enhancing organizational effectiveness, implementing performance management strategies, and facilitating communication within the company.

Day-to-day tasks will include conducting organizational development initiatives, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with various departments to drive continuous improvement.

At least 2 years as a Human Resources Generalist and 3 years in organizational development.


QualificationsAnalytical Skills and Organizational Development expertiseExperience in Performance Management and CommunicationStrong understanding of Organizational EffectivenessExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentExperience in implementing organizational change initiativesKnowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles is a plusBachelor's degree in Organizational Development, HR, Business Administration, or related fieldCore Competencies- Leadership: Ability to inspire and guide teams through development initiatives.- Collaboration: Strong team player who works effectively with various stakeholders.- Adaptability: Flexibility to respond to changing organizational needs.- Results-Oriented: Focus on achieving measurable outcomes and continuous improvement.
