Job Purpose

Use the IOT technology in COC to monitor and control the end layers also operate and support the
IOT Eco system to keep the services always high availability.

Report To Position Name

Monitoring the ITSM/Ticketing tool queues for assigned tickets
2- Manage and prioritize the ticket demand
3- Incident/ request verification
4- Provide Functional Support on the application and reply to service requests.
5- Investigate, fix and provide workarounds if the fix does not involve coding.
6- Technical Architecture Activities such as deployment of builds and fixs.
7- Users / Roles Administration and Maintenance
8- restoring the normal service to the end-users as quickly as possible
9- Escalation and notification to management for high severity problems
10- Closure of Incident / request with the appropriate support groups
11- Routine and Scheduled Tasks
12- Global Issues/Outages Handling
13- Plan and execute user requests such as request for information, data loads, user creation/ deletion, assigning roles to system users…etc.
14- Scheduling and monitoring of applications' updates / Batch processes / Bulk Actions
