Managing the questions of the clients and clearing all their doubts on the products and services


Building relationships and constant communication with current and potential customersPreparing and preparing any papers or documents that the client may need to make agreements and conclude contracts.A detailed explanation of all the products and services of the company you work for, and encouraging customers to purchase them.Paying attention to customer problems, helping to solve them, and conveying complaints and suggestions to company management.Preparing clear work plans (daily/weekly/monthly) and making periodic improvements to them.Qualifications
