Internship Description
HR Administration:
Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HR database.Help with the preparation and processing of HR documents, such as employment contracts, onboarding materials, and payroll data.Support HR team in organizing and executing company events and employee engagement activities.Participate in the administration of employee benefits and support routine HR tasks.
Talent Acquisition:
Assist in drafting and posting job advertisements on various job boards and social media platforms.Screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.Coordinate interviews, communicate with candidates, and participate in interview sessions as required.Support the HR team in developing effective talent acquisition strategies.
Learning Opportunities:
Gain understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.Learn about the full recruitment lifecycle and develop skills in candidate screening and evaluation.Exposure to HR software and systems used for managing employee data and recruitment.Participate in HR projects and initiatives contributing to team objectives.
