Job Summary:
Oversees day-to-day fleet maintenance to ensure that work procedures are implemented
and meet all safety/quality requirements.
Duties:
- Implementing Maintenance strategy, and protocols and assuring that all the
maintenance team under his supervision are performing according to the protocol. - Directing, instructing, and supervising the maintenance team.
- Supervising and assuring the implementation of planned maintenance activities and
procedures. - Carrying out the quality inspection on jobs.
- Controlling the spare parts dispatch and consumption rates.
- Controlling maintenance tools and equipment.
- Diagnosing breakdown problems and rout failures.
- Implementing the reporting cycle stated in the maintenance strategy and protocol.
- Implementing the data collection cycle and following up on the department KPIs.
- Responsible for the safety of all the personnel and equipment under his command.
- Reporting and controlling the labor man-hours and extra time.
- Presenting and reporting any required enhancement in the maintenance strategy,
protocol, and procedures.
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, preferred in Fleet Maintenance Management. 2-3 years of experience in a related field Problem assessment and problem solving Leadership skills Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
