- Manage the full life-cycle of recruitment activities for all positions across various functions in daily basis.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens or in-person interviews to assess a candidate's skills, experience, and fit for our company culture.
- Source and screen candidates through different recruitment channels.
- Conduct exit interviews; identify trends based on feedback on exit interviews; report information and recommendations.
- Conduct job interviews for the managerial and key positions in the organization.
- Create and implement key success metrics, processes, and tools to measure the on-going effectiveness and efficiency of recruiting staff; coach and motivate recruiting team.
- Analyze data, historical trends, and internal feedback on an ongoing basis to identify recruitment needs.
- Utilize statistical techniques to analyze various sources of data to develop and maintain key performance metrics, evaluate trends, and to manage staff to appropriate metrics to drive behaviors.
- Compile, analyze, and utilize data relating to recruiting, performance, and retention; identify opportunities to improve processes and procedures.
- Participate in HR department development projects.
- Build and develop strong partnership with universities' career centers.
- Organize and participate in employment fairs and recruitment events to establish a strong employer brand.
- Post Job AD on various recruitment channels to source qualified candidates, including job boards, social media, and professional events.
- Maintain organizational charts and detailed job descriptions
- Deliver onboarding program for new hires
