- Design, execute, utilize and maintain software engineering applications.
- Develop standards and procedures to ensure that quality standards are met and consistent.
- Lead the team through mentorship and coaching.
- Lead the team’s release process and make sure that the team meets the shipping dates for new features, improvements and bug fixes.
- Quickly resolve personnel problems, team conflicts, and bottlenecks
- Present practical input for strategic technology decisions.
- Support preparation of Technology Roadmap.

BS degree in Computer Science, a similar technical field of study, or equivalent3+ years of leading and managing software engineers 7+ years of hands-on coding and software design experience preferred with (.Net and Angular).Experience supporting and working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environmentDemonstrated track record of developing the technical skills of and providing growth within the organization for team membersExperience running teams that operate using agile and scrum methodologiesHaving a track record of making an impact as an engineer and as an engineering manager.
