Main Responsibilities and Tasks :
- Develop and implement ATS teacher's support policy in coordination with the Chief Program
- Development Officer within Taheal’s schools.
- coordinate all common tasks between the school support team and the teacher support team.
- Coordinate teachers’ recruitment process for Taheal’s schools.
- communicate with the curriculum developing sector to get the educational material of Taheal’s schools.
- Maintain a complete record of the curricula of Taheal’s schools in their various specializations.
- Maintain a complete record of the subjects taught within Taheal’s schools and the number of teaching hours for each.
- upgrade the curricula folder and inform the teachers with any updates within Taheal’s schools.
- Assess and discuss the curriculum standards with school staff within Taheal’s schools.
- collect the lesson plans and the presentation templates from school staff within Taheal’s schools.
- Maintain a regularly updated record of each school’s class schedule within Taheal’s schools.
- Organize school and classroom visits within Taheal’s schools and inform those responsible for that.
- Provide the teacher support team and the school support team with any available needed data about Taheal’s schools.
- Collect the results of school visits and the classroom visits evaluations in order to coordinate the teacher support monthly progress report within Taheal’s schools and send it to the project managers.
- keep a whole record for each teacher’s progress within Taheal’s schools.
- Coach teachers and other instructional staff in new content or programs.
- moderate the quality management system (QMS) of Taheal’s schools and working on any required edits.
- make sure the QMS is fully updated with all its sectors (students-teachers-education-quality-observation…..).
- maintain required visits to train the users of QMS.
- help QMS users with any technical issue to provide them with the best UX.
- implementing any other tasks required by Schools Support Director and Chief Program Development Officer.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline or relevance.A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in educationSignificant experience in transformational change and a strong understanding of relevant existing and emerging technologies, and experience with in-demand labor market skills Essential Knowledge:In-depth understanding of the TVET sector and labor market trends at national and international levels. Sound and up-to-date knowledge of development concepts, methodologies, and techniques including demonstrated understanding of TVET issuesUnderstanding of teaching methodologiesDeep understanding of supporting and coaching knowledge areas Essential Skills: Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiationNetworking, influencing and interpersonalFluency in written and spoken Arabic and EnglishProficiency in MS Office AbilityWork on own initiative with minimum supervision and to stay on task.Work under pressure and tight deadlinesPlanning and forecasting.
