Helping for implementing customer requirements and performing Tasks from his manager to improve CRM and PRM efficiency, with support some issues, and testing work follows and functions has implemented before UAT.
Job Responsibilities
- Interact with clients to understand business requirements and document the same.
- Conduct business process analysis and create Fit/Gap report.
- Regularly communicating with the Business team and internal department on the status of issues.
- Configuring CRM forms, views, and dashboards.
- Data migration on CRM.
- CRM Function Test before User acceptance testing.
- Support of the application including fixing application issues.
Job QualificationsBachelor's degree in a relevant field.0-2 years of experience.Experience in Design Flow charts according understand business requirements.Experience in CRM Data migration through Excel Online and Data import.Experience Using Microsoft Visio, Excel, and Word.Good Knowledge in Customization Microsoft Platform (Business Roles, CRM forms, views).Very good English language.knowledge with Html, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, and C#.Communication Skills.
