Sales Presentations: Conduct engaging and informative sales presentations to potential clients, demonstrating the value of Paymob’s products and services.
Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients. Understand their business needs and provide customized solutions to address those needs effectively.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors. Use this knowledge to identify opportunities and tailor sales strategies accordingly.
Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics. Provide regular updates to management on progress and challenges.
Customer Service: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing ongoing support as needed.
Experience: Proven experience in direct sales or a similar role, preferably in the fintech or payments industry. A successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is highly desirable.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
