Spare parts management and procurement for Network Management

Report To Position Name

Fueling process (receive feedback from owners and revise the payment vs. the teams input)Payments processing (3rd Party, consumables and overhauling)Act as network management SPOC with commercial team for any related issuesProcurement and follow up POs and subcontractors paymentsBudget management and monitoring for spare parts, overhauling repowering and generators rentalSpare Parts Management including Third party material, Consumables & SPM (Telecom)\:Ensure that the spare parts Receive and Issue procedure is followed by MS teamDo Random check / audit on the stock count and accuracyFacilitate custom clearance for spare parts new shipmentsEnsure that spare parts available for any new equipment installed in the networkEnsuring the minimum balance is always maintainedSpare parts inventory analysis and dimensioningEnsuring that data base of network is always up to date3rd party material forecast and orderingGenerators consumables forecast and orderingTransaction management (Inbound & Outbound) for 3rd party material and consumablesRFXs and procurement\: handling network management RFX & procurement issuance with related departmentsMonthly KPI report for Manage serviceWorking closely and collaboratively with other members of the departmentCompiles accurate Daily, Weekly and Monthly reports as required
