- Job description
- Process sales transactions accurately and timely.
- Prepare and submit all required documents for vehicle registration and titling.
- Verify that all information is complete and accurate for billing purposes.
- Coordinate with the workshop team, finance department, and customers to ensure smooth transaction processing.
- Resolve any billing discrepancies or issues promptly.
A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or a related field may be preferred.2:4 years’ experience in a similar role.Ability to use Microsoft Office to include Microsoft Word, Excel and outlook.Ability to quickly learn and utilize industry-specific accounting tools.Strong organizational, decision making, and problem-solving skills.
