- Present, promote and sell freight forwarding & trucking services to existing and prospective customers.
- Conduct cost-benefit and needs analysis for current and prospective customers interested in procuring our comprehensive range of cross-products, including freight forwarding and both light and heavy. trucking, through the acquisition of transportation platforms.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Reach out to customer leads through market screening and build a pipeline.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction!
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule time frame.
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
- Analyze the market’s potential, track sales and status reports, competitors.
A bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is often preferred.Owning car is a Must.Proven experience in sales, particularly in the transportation or logistics industry is a Must.Familiarity with cross-products, freight forwarding, and trucking services is advantageous.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.Proficient in negotiating and closing deals to meet sales targets.
