Job Description
The FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) Senior Specialist is responsible for designing
and selecting furniture, fixtures, accessories, and equipment for Lemon Spaces' design
concepts. They ensure that the selected FF&E aligns with the interior design scheme and
reflects Lemon Spaces' brand identity.
Accountabilities:
1. Understand Lemon Spaces' concept vision and interpret it into suitable design
descriptions and briefs, with a focus on furniture, carpet, lighting, artwork, and curtain
selection.
2. Produce detailed furniture plans to match Lemon Spaces' requirements.
3. Select and design FF&E and materials for all areas to support architecture and interior
design projects.
4. Select and design furniture items, materials, fabrics, and fabrication mechanisms to
reflect the neighborhood concepts.
5. Specify materials and furnishings, such as lighting, furniture, fabrics, and accessories, to
reflect the neighborhood concepts.
6. Select all hardware and sanitary fixtures to fit the design vision.
7. Provide the Supply Chain department with feedback on suppliers sourced by SC to
procure or produce the selected FF&E and OS&E."
8. Review pricing provided by the Supply Chain Department from suppliers and provide
technical advice to get products to the best pricing, quality & function for the business
model.
9. Produce detailed fabrication line drawings with full specifications to communicate with
the manufacturer.
10. Review shop drawings and follow up on all manufactured items to ensure they match
Lemon Spaces' requirements.
11. Consult with clients, consultants, and vendors on all FF&E matters to ensure alignment
with Lemon Spaces' standards.
12. Attend coordination meetings concerning all design matters/FF&E to stay up-to-date with
the latest updates.
13. Update and maintain the FF&E library to ensure their organization as per each
neighborhood.
14. Coordinate all general arrangement plans with the technical team to ensure the
alignment of FF&E placement and functionality.
15. Receive from SC FF&E and OS&E technically on site, for installation, placement and
styling of project.
16. Creation of project final FF&E and OS&E list according to standards and final places,
then shared with SC for pricing and procurement.
Job Requirements
● Bachelor's degree in interior design, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
● Minimum 4-6 years of experience in a similar FFE specialist or procurement role,
preferably in the hospitality or real estate industry.
● Demonstrated expertise in sourcing, selecting, and managing the procurement of
furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
● Strong understanding of hospitality design principles, brand standards, and guest
experience.
● Proficient in using CAD software, project management tools, and inventory management
systems.
● Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and communication skills.
● Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
● Willingness to travel to property locations as needed.
