  • Design, implement, and maintain automated marketing campaigns across various channels (email, SMS, social media, etc.).
  • Ensure campaigns are targeted, personalized, and optimized for maximum engagement and conversions.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot), ensuring optimal functionality.
  • Continuously update and optimize the platform settings, templates, and workflows.
  • Segment customer data and create targeted lists for personalized communications based on behaviour, demographics, and other relevant factors.
  • Implement lead scoring systems to prioritize leads for sales and further nurturing.
  • Collaborate with CRM and sales teams to ensure alignment between marketing automation efforts and broader customer relationship management.
  • Maintain accurate data integration between marketing automation platforms and CRM systems to ensure consistency and up-to-date records.
  • Track and analyse the performance of automated marketing campaigns, including open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and overall ROI.
  • Generate reports on campaign effectiveness and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Develop and refine automated lead nurturing workflows, guiding leads through the customer journey and increasing conversion rates.
  • Conduct A/B testing and experiment with automation workflows and messaging to optimize campaign effectiveness and customer engagement.
  • Ensure that all automated campaigns comply with data protection regulations (GDPR) and follow industry best practices for privacy and data security.
  • Provide training and support to the marketing team on the use of automation platforms, campaign execution, and best practices for automation.

Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, MIS or any related field.Min. 2 years of experience in managing marketing automation platforms (HubSpot).Experience working in B2B marketing is a plus.Experienced in working with CRM systems (Salesforce) and integrating them with marketing automation tools.Understanding of email marketing, data privacy regulations and compliance considerations.Knowledge of advanced reporting and data analysis tools (Power BI).Familiarity with SEO & PPC.Advanced certifications in Google Analytics, Salesforce or specific marketing automation platforms is a plus.
