Job Overview:

The OD & Performance manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing strategies and initiatives that enhance the overall performance and effectiveness of the organization. This role requires a strong understanding of human behavior, organizational dynamics, and change management principles. He collaborates with various departments and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and develop interventions that support organizational growth and development.

 

Job Rules & Responsibilities:

Organizational Development:

  • Conducts Job Evaluation to assess the value of jobs and to determine the worth of individual jobs and the compensation to be paid to employees who hold those jobs and Job Classification withing the Grading System as well                                            
  • Maintains Organizational Charts and detailed job descriptions along with salary records.
  • Analyzing the skills and qualities required for each particular job and develop Job Descriptions and Job Analysis for company's jobs                                       
  • Creates and Develops HR policies, Processes, SOPs (Standard of Practices), and Templates for the organization and ensures that these policies and procedures are compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Monitors and Updates Company's Jobs Structure through adding and amending jobs and locating them within the Structure.

 

Performance Management:

  • Monitors the organization and performs Semi-Annual and Annual performance Evaluations; assesses employee performance and provides feedback to ensures that employees meet their goals.                                         
  • Designs, implements, and monitors Performance Management to enable the employees and teams understanding of the company's goals, and to identify how individual and team outputs contribute to the achievement of the strategic objectives; specifically, through managing the performance cycle                                      
  • Develops performance management systems and tracking performance metrics; stays up-to-date and comply with changes in labor legislation.                                         
  • Manages and coordinates organization-wide efforts to ensure that performance management method and performance improvement programs are developed and managed using a data-driven approach, that sets priorities for improvements in line with on-going strategic imperatives.                                      
  • Creates and develops a Competency Matrix for all the company's jobs and recommend relevant competencies and their levels for each job.                                       
  • Assists Department and Line Managers in Developing realistic and measurable performance and (KPIs) for their team members for each function within the organization.

 

Training & Development:

  • Designs and facilitates training, counseling, and development programs to improve employee performance; maintains a positive work environment and resolves any employee relations issues that arise.                                      
  • Coordinates with the training and professional development team to implement the training and development plan and programs.                                       
  • Identifies training and development needs through job analysis, performance appraisal outputs and regular consultation with business managers                                 
  • Designs, expands, and manages training and development programs based on the needs of the organization and the individual                                           
  • Creates a Training Matrix with all the available Trainings Courses and shares it with managers to get their feedback and recommendations regarding the training and development areas for their teams.

 

What we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor’s and/or Masters in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • MBA degree is a Plus.
  • 10+ Years of experience in a Human Resource Management.
  • Minimum 4+ Years of experience in OD, Talent & Performance Management is a MUST.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
