- Make strategic studies about our strong competitors in meat market, and determine market threats and opportunities to take the result of these studies into consideration in developing our Sales Plan
- Construct a bottom-up sales forecast supported by a comprehensive Trade Marketing Plan to meet monthly and annual sales targets for the Modern Trade Retail portfolio
- Build strong relationships with new customers and develop relationships with current customers
- Implement sales strategies to meet & achieve revenues and growth targets.
- Achieve operational excellence and cost optimization across the sales and distribution business.
- Provide monthly reports about our sales performance and clarify the obstacles we face in the market and present proposals to overcome those obstacles and increase market share
- Organize, control, and motivate the Sales team in order to achieve and exceed volume targets within the agreed profit margins by implementing company’s strategy, and recommending programs for business improvement in Modern Trade
- Make sales agreements with supermarket chains
- Ensuring compliance with regulations, and resolving issues
Bachelor’s degreePostgraduate studies or a Diploma in sales is a Plus5 years of experience in sales of fresh food industries, preferably meat products with a proven track record of commercial achievementsWorked as Modern trade sales manager for at least 3 yearsFluent in English
