- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Promote and follow up on product offerings to drive customer acquisition and sales growth.
- Manage customer receivables by actively collecting outstanding debts and ensuring achievement of collection targets.
- Ensure product availability by monitoring inventory levels, and update promotional campaigns as needed.
- Provide comprehensive customer support address and help resolve customer issues related to stagnated accounts, product maintenance, and returns.
- Process and manage customer orders, including system entry and ensuring timely fulfillment.
- Lead and support showroom sales personnel by providing training and guidance.
- 5-7 years of experience in sales, preferably in the field of electrical appliances, mobile phones, or computers.- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.- Proven leadership qualities to effectively lead and motivate a sales team.
