The Graphic Designer & Web Developer creates visual concepts to communicate the Company's ideas that

inspire, inform, and captivate the audience. This role defines requirements, visualizes, and creates graphics,

including illustrations, logos, layouts, photos, and videos. This position is responsible for the development of a

wide variety of designs across digital and offline media.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of graphic design experience, either in an agency, professional services, or B2B setting
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related discipline
• Front-End developer experienced with Dreamweaver
• Proficiency in graphic design software and tools
• A keen eye for detail and ability to work creatively
• Very good to fluent English
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

The responsibilities for the position include:

• Develop and prepare digital material, including creating graphic files and Internet-ready artwork

• Direct graphic design workflow through effective prioritization and time management skills

• Create unique, effective designs that are aligned with the Company’s brand and messaging

• Create social media graphics & infographics, social media ads & digital ads

• Design and prepare web banners according to each promo’s needs

• Design and produce all creative assets for events and launches

• Maintain progress and production schedules for completion of assigned projects within stated timeframes

• Coordinate with vendors to ensure high-quality finished products on time and within budget

• Work closely with social media-communication team to develop and support the company’s visual identity

• Assist as needed at photoshoots, video productions

• Organize and help with all employee engagement initiatives & company events

• Participate in webinars and conference calls and communicate/report all campaigns to the global Headquarters

• Attend recurrent trainings published by the Company on a regular basis
