We are seeking a skilled IT Operations Manager with expertise in virtualization, network designing and cloud systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining our IT infrastructure, ensuring network security, and implementing cloud solutions to support our business operations.

Key Responsibilities: 

Systems Administration:

• Manage and configure servers (Windows/Linux) and ensure their optimal performance.
• Implement and maintain virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, Citrix). 
• Perform regular system updates, backups, and security patches.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues.

 Network Engineering: 

• Design, configure, and manage network infrastructure including routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Monitor network performance and ensure network security.
• Implement virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware NSX, Citrix). 
• Troubleshoot and resolve network-related issues. 

Cloud Architecture and server side management: 

• Design and implement cloud solutions using platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Manage cloud resources and ensure their optimal performance.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Ensure cloud security and compliance with industry standards.
