Job Duties
Distribute and follow up on lawyers assignments as instructed.Communicate verbally and in writing to respond to inquiries and provide information to clients.File and organize important documents, including litigation updates, emails, and case-related materials.Handle incoming mail and calls.Maintain schedules and calendars, including court diaries.Copy, prepare, and generate standard legal documents.Answer phone calls and take notes/messages.Archive the departments emails and documents.Update other departments daily on court sessions related to clients handled by those departments.Complete Service Application data for new cases.Update business software with new cases while adhering to internal rules.Follow up on the teams attendance.Perform other duties as assigned.Job Requirements
Education:
University degree (essential).
