Call Center Agent-Fixed shift

Responsibilities: 

  • Receive inbound calls.
  • Saying the welcome message.
  • Briefing company's' products and services.
  • Follow up on existing customers’ files.
  • Recording new customer leads on Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Responsible for distributing the customer leads on sales team.
  • Responsible for making outbound calls and sending SMS of announcements after concerned departments approvals.
  • Responsible for monitoring company's social media pages and reporting any problems.

 


Qualifications:University degree.Familiar with internet browsing.Good computer skills (excel - word).2-4 years of experience.
