Responsibilities:
- Receive inbound calls.
- Saying the welcome message.
- Briefing company's' products and services.
- Follow up on existing customers’ files.
- Recording new customer leads on Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Responsible for distributing the customer leads on sales team.
- Responsible for making outbound calls and sending SMS of announcements after concerned departments approvals.
- Responsible for monitoring company's social media pages and reporting any problems.
Qualifications:University degree.Familiar with internet browsing.Good computer skills (excel - word).2-4 years of experience.
