- Participates in the coordination, supervision and administration of the HSE requirements at site.
- Participates in the coordination of the HSE measures plan adopted by contractors/subcontractors during the construction stage to handle all related issues at site in order to fulfil the HSE requirements.
- Participates in identifying and specifying site HSE requirements aimed to protect human life and avoid environmental impacts and property damage as well.
- Participates in coordinating site emergency plans, elements and requirements.
- Participates in furnishing technical assistance on site HSE issues.
- Participates in holding weekly site HSE meetings with the concerned parties during the construction stage and records minutes of meetings.
- Participates in the preparation and issuance of site HSE reports and keep records as well as ensuring the issuance of contracts/subcontractors' reports.
- Participates in checking periodically contractors/subcontractors' equipment and validity of their certificates.
- Participates in the risk assessment of construction and maintenance activities.
- Participates in conducting site HSE awareness provided in accordance with the minimum HSE training requirements.
- Participates in managing the HSE hazards identified by the assessment.
- Implements Company Quality, Environmental and Health & Safety Management Systems requirements.
