Job Description:
- 1- Prepare the General Manager’s requests.
- 2- Coordinate between the company’s departments.
- 3- Prepare the company’s price offers.
- 4- Prepare presentations for business meetings.
- 5- Prepare company’s events.
- 6- Follow up the emails of the Company’s orders and the shipping process.
- 7- The employee will be the company’s image to the foreign suppliers
Qualifications: 1- High computer skills and skilled in MSO tools. 2- Proficient English language without much difficulty in speaking, reading, or writing. 3- Professional in writing emails. 4- Excellent communication and negotiation skills. 5- Well presentable. 6- Experienced in monitoring and following up with companies’ social media pages and digital marketing campaigns. 7- Flexible working hours.8- Ability to travel to foreign countries for business meetings and events. 9- Bachelor’s degree at least. 10- Have an experience in this position for at least 3 years. 11- Age between 25-40 years old.
