Job Description
· General service support operations and property administration
· Lead the general services and property administration guidelines and procedures such as property admin, motor and utilities management and maintenance, security and cleaning, canteen
· Ensure the proper management and regular maintenance of all office equipment, including rented vehicles, their gas usage, repairs of property, grounds or utilities in the offices
· Oversee management of office stores for supplies and furniture, ensure appropriate use of office stationeries, supervise office stationery stock and ensure cleanliness of store room;
· Ensure that company’s properties the list of property is updated.
· Organize and maintain inventory within the warehouse, ensuring products are stored in designated locations.
· Lead work space arrangements for staff, configuring office and common areas, and organize furniture and other procurement, repairs and improvements as needed
Receive packages, materials, and supplies and verify the quantity and quality against shipping and packing slips
Enter and update inventory levels in the system
Prepare orders and ensure they are complete, accurate, and ready for delivery
Load and unload deliveries as needed
Assist in stocking shelves and organizing the warehouse
Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Follow all safety procedures and regulations
· Any other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements and Skills
Proven experience as a Stock Clerk or in a similar role
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to operate inventory management systems and related technology
Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team
Good physical stamina, with the ability to lift and move moderately heavy items
Familiarity with safety protocols and a commitment to maintaining a secure work environment
Basic math skills for inventory counting and reconciliation
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks as needed
Knowledge of warehouse operations and best practices is a plus
