- Review contracts and assignment/supply orders submitted by the Projects sector.
- Review contractors' invoices and supplier invoices received from the Projects sector and ensure the correctness of the preparation procedures.
- Review and follow up on cash advances disbursed to work sites.
- Review project-related guarantees and follow up on their renewal with the Treasury Officer.
- Follow up on the disbursement of the agreed financial payments to contractors and suppliers.
- Review the project inventory balances monthly with the warehouse managers and ensure the implementation of the documentation cycle related to the warehouses.
- Maintain and update the records related to the projects (contracts, supply orders, invoices).
- Ensure the closure of the project account upon completion and review its transfer to the relevant accounts.
- Review the project totals with the submitted budget estimates and provide a report on any deviations and their reasons, if any.
- Develop and manage project budgets, including tracking and reporting expenditures.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for project management.
- Monitor project costs and ensure compliance with the approved budget.
- Assist in preparing the project's financial forecasts and cash flow projections.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Process invoices, payments, and financial documents related to the project.
