• Prepare & supervise all the activities done in production area either inside or outside the plant
• Schedule the monthly production plan and achieve it.
• Ensure that all the materials used comply with PBRs & orders
• Make sure that all PBRs procedures for products are achieved in the department either inside or outside.
• Ensure that all the steps of operation in the department are done as required
• Track the performance of every operator in the department
• Prepare training plan for every employee in the department

• Share in investigating & reporting any deviations & changes done in the department
• Initiate and review all SOPs in the department
• Overcome any troubleshooting appearing in the department
• Ensure that everyone in the department to be well trained and qualified to the assigned job.
• Ensure the implementation of all SOPs in the department.

• Make reconciliation of batches and state any comments if there.
