This is a full-time on-site role for a Reservations Officer at Trio Travel in Cairo, Egypt. The Reservations Officer will be responsible for handling reservations, providing top-notch customer service, managing communication with the Hotel, and loading rates.
Reservations.Customer Service and Communication skills.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in relevant software applications.Previous experience in the travel industry is a plus.Fluency in English language is beneficial.
