As a Team Lead, you will be responsible to oversee and manage the data collection implementation progress of automotive dealerships/showrooms via street scanning, ensuring accurate and comprehensive market data gathering. Your role will include supervising field interviewers, conducting quality control and verifications, and liaising with internal functions to maintain a smooth and efficient process flow.
In this role, you will:
- Manage and oversee the data collection process conducted by field interviewers.
- Ensure the implementation of data collection is carried out efficiently and effectively as per the plan.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure the accuracy and reliability of collected data.
- Verify data collected from automotive dealerships/showrooms to maintain high standards.
- Lead, guide, and support the team of interviewers, providing direction and resolving any issues that arise.
- Monitor the performance of the team and provide constructive feedback and training as needed.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as data analysis, project management, and IT to ensure smooth process flow.
- Communicate progress, challenges, and updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Prepare regular reports on data collection progress, quality control findings, and any issues encountered.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to the project.
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Market Research, Data Science, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in project management or quality control are a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data management tools.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
- Proven experience in managing field surveys or data collection projects.
- Preferred experience in outdoor field related work within food, logistics, courier companies.
- Experience in supervising teams and ensuring high performance.
- Previous experience in the automotive sector or market research is an advantage.
- Understanding of data collection methodologies and best practices.
- Familiarity with the automotive industry and dealership operations is preferred.
