We're looking for a Business Development Executive to Design, deliver, and maintain the company’s Sales ecosystem from end to end.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects, and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Build a solid understanding of the industry and sales process to spark meaningful conversations.
- Oversee the growth of assigned markets and clients.
- Audit Sales actions and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Update CRM system regularly and accurately with all sales activities
- Create visually compelling templates and proposals that align with our standards.
- Respond promptly to any issues that directly affect sales and handle escalations.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales and marketing strategies.
- Oversee the business development team to achieve sales targets and growth objectives.
- Present monthly and quarterly reports to management.
Requirements:3+ years of experience in sales or business development roles.Adept in networking, project management and problem-solving.Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools (like Salesforce or Hubspot).Strong communication skills and an ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way.Excellent command of English, French is a plus.Excellent organization skills.Flexibility to travel weekly for meetings and events.
