- Assigning quotas to company sales staff
- Input new sales inquiries into the company’s database and update program files in the database as needed.
- Coordinating the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
- Maintaining supplies of sales presentation materials, including slides and brochures
- Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
- Tracking the quotas and goals of each member of the sales team
- Helping the sales team to improve their productivity by contacting customers to arrange appointments
- Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports
- Inputting orders, ensuring they are processed according to client requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time
- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
- Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages when sales engineers are unavailable, answering customer queries, informing them of delays, arranging delivery dates.
- Developing and maintaining filing systems so as to maintain sales records, prepare reports, and provide financial information to the finance department.
- Follow up the payment collection with the clients of the due amounts and collect them on time and coordinate the collection with the collection representative or sales engineer when needed.

Bachelor’s Degree 1-3 years' Experience in in relevant jobExcellent command of English (Verbal and Written).Working Knowledge of MS Office.
