We are hiring  IOT Teamleader- Smart Home Devices 
Location: Hybrid (Mansoura, Egypt and Riyadh, KSA)
Job Type: Full-time
Reports To: Project Manager

Job Duties:
·        Lead and manage the IoT team in the development and deployment of smart home IoT devices.
·        Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IoT systems, ensuring they meet industry standards and customer requirements.
·        Develop and maintain project plans, ensuring timely delivery of milestones and objectives.
·        Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate IoT devices with existing systems and platforms.
·        Stay updated on the latest IoT technologies and trends, specifically related to Matter, Zigbee, Modbus, DALI, KNX, and other relevant protocols.
·        Conduct regular team meetings, provide technical guidance, and mentor team members.
·        Ensure robust security practices are implemented in all IoT solutions.
·        Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to IoT devices and systems.
·        Prepare and present technical reports, proposals, and presentations to stakeholders.
·        Evaluate and recommend new IoT technologies and solutions to enhance smart home capabilities.
·        Manage relationships with vendors and partners to ensure the successful procurement and integration of IoT devices.
