- Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating.
- Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees.
- Ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and processed.
- Informing job applicants of job duties, responsibilities, benefits, schedules, working conditions, promotion opportunities, etc.
- Processing all personnel action forms and ensuring proper approval
- Overseeing hiring process, which includes coordinating job posts, reviewing resumes, and performing reference checks.
- Respond to employees’ queries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirement & competencies: 2-4 Years of Experience as an HR Specialist.HR Certificate is a Plus.BA degree from a reputable University.Excellent Microsoft office user.Excellent command of the English language (Written and Spoken).Excellent numerical abilities.Excellent attention to detail while multitasking.Ability to handle sensitive situations and maintain a high degree of confidentialityAbility to execute daily tasks with minimal supervisionDemonstrated ability to exercise initiative, independent judgment and be a self-starter who works with integrity while also being a strong team player.
