Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage project from planning through execution, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery
- Oversee and coordinate on-site activities, including managing subcontractors and supplier Ensure that the project are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Manages the relation between engineering consultants / site supervision and contractors within the work constraints.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and plans.
- Monitor project progress, address issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards.
- Prepare and present regular project reports and updates.
- Collaborate with QC. and project management team to ensure project specifications are met.
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Bachelor’s degree in civil, architectural engineering or relevant field.A minimum of 10 years’ experience is required in projects management.Strong understanding of construction processes, safety standards, and project management principles.Proficient in writing and editing of project specifications and technical reports.Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure. Proficiency in project management software and tools.PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus.
