- Supervise the planning and coordination of production programs among the production departments within the company, and provide the guidelines for the implementation of these programs within the overall goals of the company, ensuring coordination between production, market needs, marketing plans, and sales.
- Participating in the preparation of the company's budget plan and & the production budget.
- Conduct annual studies of production capacities or any significant changes in its elements, and develop new plans and programs that align with the established policies in collaboration with relevant departments.
- Participate in the development of projects aimed at increasing production efficiency, including workforce development and improvement for production units.
- Supervise the development of a planned preventive maintenance program and work on solving all problems that could be an obstacle in the implementation of the production plan within the overall plan of the company.
- Oversee engineering activities including maintenance, renovation, development within the production departments, infrastructure, and construction, as well as refurbishment and renewal programs for all machinery and equipment of the company.
- Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety requirements, as well as G.M.P (Good Manufacturing Practices) during work.
- Supervise necessary modifications to production facilities within the company in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practice requirements.
- Supervise the coordination between departments in the company to facilitate workflow and meet all requirements, ensuring the implementation of the established plan within the framework of the budget plans and within the available financial resources.
- Establish a proper document cycle system that ensures smooth workflow within the sector and ensures the implementation of an internal control system for the functions and operations in compliance with labor laws, rules, and regulations.
- Supervise employees, prepare periodic reports, plan and coordinate the manpower requirements in accordance with the approved jobs plan, advise training programs to enhance their efficiency at work, and recommend rewards and penalties.
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Sciences, MBA is preferred.Experience in the field of work ranging from 10 to 15 years, including at least 3 years in a similar position or at the managerial and supervisory level.Good knowledge of occupational health and safety requirements, as well as G.M.P and G.S.P (Good Storage Practices).Familiarity with systems, regulations, and laws governing the field of work.Proficiency in the English language at an appropriate level and adequate knowledge of computer systems used in work.Ability to develop plans while considering business thinking that achieves the highest value with the lowest costs, and to develop organizational programs, lead teams, analyze and extract results, and find solutions to problems and work difficulties.
