- The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for:
- Managing all aspects of the HR department,
- Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives,
- Ensuring all HR policies and practices are compliant with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Designing and implementing company-wide talent management programs to attract, retain and develop top talent.
- The Human Resources Manager will be expected to develop relationships across the organization to deliver against key objectives, support the business in achieving targets, and maintain a strong focus on employee engagement and wellbeing.
QualificationsBachelor's degree or higher in Human Resource Management or a related field5+ years of experience in Human Resources managementExperience 3 years Real EstateExcellent knowledge of HR functions and best practices, including but not limited to: talent acquisition and retention, compensation and benefits, employee relations, performance management, and complianceDemonstrated experience designing and implementing innovative HR programs and initiativesStrong communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skillsAbility to work effectively in a team and build strong relationships across an organizationDetail-oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
