1. Assists in updating the construction division supervision work instructions.
2. Assists in preparing the department forecasting look ahead, work load and employing plan to cover the running and future project(s).
3. Assists in preparing the main contract and sub-contract scope of work and different parties' responsibility of executions and/or delivery.
4. Leads the site QC team and ensure that site QC team Company contractor(s)/ sub-contractor(s) are implementing and following the project quality control plan and Inspection and Test Plan (ITP’s).
5. Ensures that all received materials have a complete material certificate and the receiving procedures are implemented properly and Ovum, shortage and Damage (OS&D) reports, if any, are forwarded to site and project managers for action.
6. Ensures that corrective and preventive action(s) are implemented to close out the nonconformity report(s).
7. Participates in managing the quality auditing for both Company and contractor(s)/ sub-contractor(s) system.
8. Ensures that audit report corrective and preventive action(s) are implemented and items closed.
9. Leads the site quality control meetings with contractor(s)/ sub-contractor(s).
10. Ensures that the marking-up as-built drawings are regularly progressing and properly filing.
11. Ensures that mechanical completion dossier are properly prepared, and all inspection forms are signed-off, system readiness and handing over from construction to pre-commissioning and commissioning are going on.
12. Ensures the full implementation of the Company manuals, procedures and departmental work instructions, in accordance with the requirements of the Company Quality, Environmental and Health & Safety Management systems.
13. Ensures the awareness and implementation of the Quality Control programs and Quality Assurance procedures for the department activities within the framework of the overall Company Quality Management system.
14. Ensures the full awareness and implementation of the applicable requirements of the Company Quality, Environmental and Health & Safety Management systems.

Skills

Considerable knowledge of related software applications.

Considerable knowledge of the Company flow of work, manuals, procedures, departmental work instructions, design guides and Company Quality, Environmental and Health & Safety Management Systems requirements.
