Job RequirementsBachelors degree in business administration hospitality or a related field.Proven experience in customer service or a similar role preferably in the real estate or hospitality industry.Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with a strong command of the English language. Knowledge of Arabic is a plus.Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Flexibility to work non-traditional hours as needed including evenings and weekends.
