As a Senior Customer Service Representative is often a client’s primary point of contact with a company. It is your responsibility managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries, generating sales leads that develop into new customers, and identifying and assessing customer needs to achieve satisfaction.

  • Responsible for Inbound & Outbound calls
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries and follow up with customers.
  • Maintain customers satisfaction level by calling them according to scheduled action plan
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers always.
  • Communicating with customers through various channels.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  • Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
  • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any field.Professional Experience:  2-4 years in customer service.Excellent/fluent in English.Excellent communication skills.Problem-solving and crises management skills.Professional attitude.High ability to handle objections.Exceptional listening and analytical skills.Emotional stability and adaptability.Ability to work within a team.
