- Supervising manufacturing process: preparation, compression,capsule filling, coating and blistering process.
- Organizing and controlling the production processes to ensure quality products and high productivity.
- Proper allocation of manpower in solid area.
- Maintaining equipment and area cleanliness.
- Raise daily report on production activities in solid area to production manager.
- Reviewing SOP's and ensuring that protocols, policies, and cGMP are Followed.
- Train, evaluate and motivate subordinates in solid area.
- Participate in selection of new machines in production area and prepare required URS.
- Participate in self - inspection and external audit in solid area.
- Maintaining efficiency in the solid area.
- Analyze all data related to solid area.
Bachelor degree in pharmaceutical science is a must.10+ years of experience in solid production management in pharmaceutical field.Excellent previous experience in solid preparation. (highly recommended).Excellent understanding of rules and guidance of cGMP (EC/FDA).Excellent know-how of validation, documentation, internal audit and training. Strong leadership skills.Excellent English language.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
