- Directly manage all employees in the consumer department.
- Collaborate with the branch manager in setting schedules for departments and employees and ensure adherence.
- Work towards achieving individual sales targets for each employee and overall targets for the consumer department.
- Responsible for displaying sales and promotional offers inside the showroom to maximize their benefit.
- Monitor inventory and be accountable for periodic stock-taking results, and track transfers to ensure availability and avoid lost sales opportunities.
- Handle customer complaints, issues, and inquiries, and assist in resolving them in line with company standards and customer service criteria.
- Maintain the cleanliness and arrangement of displays according to set quality standards, as well as implement safety and security procedures within the showroom and storage areas.
- Train sales staff, monitor their performance, and provide detailed daily reports to the branch manager
