- Overseeing the receipt of raw materials in collaboration with the quality engineer.
- Monitoring the receipt of sample results from the laboratory before starting production.
- Supervising production processes for milk pasteurization and all related operations.
- Overseeing the homogenization, pasteurization, and cooling processes for white cheese.
- Performing the processes of pouring, incubation, cutting, cooling, and packaging of products.
- Ensuring the operation of all necessary equipment for manufacturing before production begins.
- Participating in the development of the work plan and the target production quantity.
- Monitoring the stock balance of raw materials needed for manufacturing in the warehouses.
- Tracking withdrawals from the finished product inventory with daily production to know the actual balance.

Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture studies , preferably in Dairy and Food Industries.5-7 years of experience in dairy and cheese factories.V. Good in English.Preferably residents of Cairo or the Tenth of Ramadan.
